Ranch Dressing with Greek Yogurt

This gut healthy option can be used as a dressing or a spread on burgers, sandwiches etc.


1 cup of organic full fat Greek yogurt

2 large garlic cloves minced

1 tsp. of onion flakes or 1/2 tsp of onion powder

1/2 Tbsp. of fresh chopped parsley

1/2 Tbsp of chopped chives

1/3 Tbsp of chopped fresh dill

1/2 lemon juiced

6 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

  1. Use a food processor or mini chop to mince together garlic, onion flakes, parsley, chives and dill.
  2. In a blender combine the yogurt, all the ingredients from step 1, and lemon juice until smooth
  3. Slowly add in the olive oil so that it emulsifies
  4. Use or store up to 1 week in the refrigerator
