This gut healthy option can be used as a dressing or a spread on burgers, sandwiches etc.
1 cup of organic full fat Greek yogurt
2 large garlic cloves minced
1 tsp. of onion flakes or 1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 Tbsp. of fresh chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp of chopped chives
1/3 Tbsp of chopped fresh dill
1/2 lemon juiced
6 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- Use a food processor or mini chop to mince together garlic, onion flakes, parsley, chives and dill.
- In a blender combine the yogurt, all the ingredients from step 1, and lemon juice until smooth
- Slowly add in the olive oil so that it emulsifies
- Use or store up to 1 week in the refrigerator
