Nutrition CPR’s Breakfast Smoothie.
8 oz. of Unsweetened Almond, Coconut or Organic Cows Milk
1 Scoop of unsweetened Vanilla Whey Protein
3/4 cup of fresh or frozen berries
3/4 cup- 1 cup cup of fresh or frozen organic spinach
2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
Ice (as needed)
Blend and enjoy!
